These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IronGate Ledger website, services, subscriptions, and lead products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, purchasing leads, or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

IronGate Ledger provides lead generation and lead brokerage services that connect industry professionals with potential customers seeking services. Leads may be delivered via email, text message, dashboard access, or other electronic means.

We do not guarantee sales outcomes, revenue, job size, conversion rates, or business success. Our obligation is limited solely to the delivery of leads as described at the time of purchase.

Leads are generated through marketing channels and may be verified using automated, AI-assisted, and/or manual processes. While we take reasonable steps to verify lead information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or intent of any lead beyond our stated verification process.

Client acknowledges that consumer intent may change and that IronGate Ledger is not responsible for a consumer’s decision to not proceed with services.

Unless otherwise stated, leads are provided on an exclusive basis to a single client within a defined service area. Exclusivity does not guarantee that the consumer has not contacted other providers independently.

All pricing is disclosed prior to purchase. Payment is required in advance for pay-per-lead purchases and subscription services.

By purchasing from IronGate Ledger, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including recurring subscription charges where applicable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

IronGate Ledger maintains a strict no refunds policy. Under no circumstances will refunds, chargebacks, or credits be issued for:

• Delivered leads
   
• Unused leads
   
• Disputed leads
   
• Subscription fees
   
• Dissatisfaction with lead outcomes
   
• Changes in business circumstances
   

Once a lead has been delivered or a billing cycle has begun, payment obligations are irrevocable.

By purchasing our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Subscription plans provide a defined number of leads per billing cycle. Unused leads do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.

You may cancel a subscription prior to the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees.

Clients agree to:

• Use leads in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
   
• Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other communication regulations
   
• Maintain proper licensing and insurance where required
   
• Handle consumer data responsibly and securely
   

IronGate Ledger is not responsible for client misuse of lead information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronGate Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to IronGate Ledger in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IronGate Ledger from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your communications with leads, or your violation of these Terms.

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, and materials, is the property of IronGate Ledger and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of leads, without refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which IronGate Ledger is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
